Unfortunately, all 3 grades came away empty handed, although rumour has it we may have received 2 points for a draw in 1st Grade after the game was abandoned due to a possible neck/spine injury to Tyler Dunstan.

The good news is he appears to be ok, just a little sore with some bruising and possibly some ligament damage.

With a number of key personnel missing, all 3 grades were forced to dig deep and whilst they battled hard, neither side was able to mount any scoreboard pressure. Still there were a lot of positives, not least the fact that we had 7 kids aged 18 or less in first grade playing, plus Jack Batson player his first senior game. I would also like you all to welcome Blair to the Club. I feel fairly confident, he will be a very handy edition especially after he gets a few training runs under his belt.

Next week, there is no Club football due to the Senior REP teams playing in Newcastle, however we will still be training, as we need to prepare well for our next game which just so happens to be on the weekend of our 50th Reunion.
