Our inaugural Kangaroo Valley Ironperson and Preseason Camp was a great weekend filled with fun, fitness, friends and footy.
The Men’s Ironperson was a hotly contested event with Leigh Hutcheson pipping Charlie Rodden on the line to take the honours.
The Women’s event was won by Sophie Phillips.
The Ironperson event included a run to Hampden Bridge, a 250m swim and a gruelling obstacle course crawling under tarps and cargo nets, jumping over horse jumps and finishing with a swim through a bathtub.
Players enjoyed lunch at Glenmack followed by a skills session before venturing to The Friendly Inn Hotel for dinner and drinks.
Huge thank you to Dion Larkins for organising and hosting the event at Glenmack Park.
The weekend was a great team building initiative and is set to become bigger and better next year
