In a mixed bag, the girls continued their good form with a comprehensive victory, 1st Grade recorded their first win after returning to the top grade despite the unavailability of a number of key players and reserve grade, whilst soundly beaten, battled gamely but were no match for the Vikings.

A special mention to Ryan Kelly & Rob Bleumink on their first grade debut and to Hayden Roach & Jake Satchell on their first senior game with the Club. Also pleasing to see Matty Hickmott get through his first game back; and can I ask you all to join me in wishing Connor Clarke (18) and James McDonald (21) a very Happy Birthday. Great commitment guys and even nicer when you get a win.

Also congrats to Tyler Dunstan on his 50th senior game today and great to see Belinda Holt & Geoff Gibbs back on deck so early after surgery.

We now have the next 2 weekends off thanks to Easter & the Bye and whilst I’m sure you will enjoy the break, it’s important we get good numbers to training especially on the next two Tuesday’s and continue to work hard and keep improving.
